Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with expertise in cloud networking and security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a strong focus on networking, security, and cloud architecture. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable cloud environments, supporting client projects, and ensuring high availability and security in multi-cloud setups.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and manage cloud networking solutions, including VPCs,
subnets, VPNs, and interconnects across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
implement and manage cloud security services, such as firewalls, security Groups, IAM policies, and encryption mechanisms.
Work on cloud-based network architectures like hybrid cloud setups, multi-cloud networking, and secure edge connectivity.
Deploy and manage cloud-native security tools, such as AWS Shield, Azure Firewall, or GCP Identity-Aware Proxy.
Collaborate with teams on cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth Transitions for applications and services from on-premises to the cloud.
Automate cloud network and security configurations using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and compliance using Cloud-native monitoring tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations).
Troubleshoot and resolve networking and security issues in cloud environments.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
Certifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, or
GCP Professional Cloud Architect (Preferred).
Certifications in cloud networking and security are a plus (e.g., AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate).
Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of cloud networking concepts: VPC/VNET, subnets, NAT gateways, load balancers, and DNS.
Expertise in cloud security practices, including IAM, encryption, and security monitoring.
Familiarity with cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
Knowledge of cloud compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud networking and security issues.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
